Surface Water Level

There are numerous methods to measure surface water level. These methods are divided into two categories, contact, and non-contact sensors. Contact sensors involve the sensor being in the water, while alternatively, non-contact sensors don't come on touch with the water. Among the technologies used to measure water level, the most popular solutions are: 1) water level radar/ultrasonic, float/encoder, bubbler, and submersible transducer. The non-contact sensors have the distinct advantage of not being harmed by the water or objects carried by the water.
